Newt Gingrich Uses Client to Prop Himself Up In New Hampshire Poll Artificially

So I just saw this poll that Newt Gingrich now is 2nd place in New Hampshire according to Magellan Strategies with 27%. This is very bizarre since Bloomberg had Gingrich at only 11% behind Paul at 17% and Romney at 40%.

So I smelled a rat and decided to look into this sudden fake surge of Newt Gingrich. Before any polls showed Gingrich rise, the media (mainly Fox) kept saying that the Tea Party is going to jump to Newt now that Cain is declining. But there was no evidence of this. It is almost like any bump he gets is either a lie, wishful thinking, or

Newt is not a conservative - he supported climate change, he took millions from Fannae Mae, he supported NAFTA and GATT, he supported the banker bailouts, he bashed Paul Ryans plan to fix the budget, he supported healthcare mandates (probably because he made millions from the Healthcare Industry), and he supported high-speed rail among many other big government statist positions. Newt is worse than the other candidates, and arguably has a more liberal record than Mitt Romney (its close).

So anyway, I decided to look into Magellan Strategies. Sure enough, Newt has been their long time client! Scroll to the bottom to see. In case they scrub his name, I took a screenshot. It says "Newt Gingrich: American Solutions for Winning the Future: Drill Here. Drill Now. Payless."

His command of the Bible really added credence to his credibility and respect on values voter issues. Herman Cain is Bad for America and not a Conservative

Herman Cain just won the Florida GOP Straw Poll because Rick Perry gave an abysmal performance and his supporters needed someone to believe in. Herman Cain was one of the only candidates who stayed and spoke at the Straw Poll (Perry, Romney, and Paul did not speak). He was able to use rhetoric to motivate people into voting for him. However, these delegates who voted for Herman Cain were not given the opportunity to scrutinize his record like they did for Perry and Romney. Because Romney and Perry were frontrunners we were able to research and dig into their past finding a plethora of really bad things they had done in the past.

In a spirit of truth, below are some really bad things that Herman Cain has done. We are hopeful that these things will be used during discussions in other states and by the other presidential candidates when articulating their opinion about Herman Cain.

Former Federal Reserve Chairman:
In a time when the Tea Party is prominent and people are waking up more and more to the uncontrolled Federal Reserve, the banker bailouts, the sky rocketing inflation, the banker foreclosure crisis, and the tinkering economy, it is not very wise for people to choose a former Federal Reserve Chairman as President. This is the last credential one would want to see on a candidates resume at a time like this. However, Herman Cain was the Kansas City Fed Chairman between 1992-1996. This is a totally critical association that people need to wake up to before voting for Herman Cain.

Herman Cain is Against Congress Auditing the Federal Reserve:

In the first part of this video Herman Cain shows his position on the Federal Reserve and whether or not we need to audit it. He obviously doesn't understand that Congress is the body which has authority in the Constitution to issue money and appropriate funds. Later, after receiving tons of flak from Audit the Fed supporters, Herman Cain flip flops and starts supporting Ron Paul's auditing of the Fed. This shows that in a matter of weeks he flips flops on the most important issue our nation is facing today - the economy and sound money policies. Because of this flip-flopping and his past time as a Federal Reserve Chairman, it is pretty obvious we cannot trust Herman Cain to do anything about the Federal Reserve if elected president. 999 Plan Adds a New Tax:
It is horrible because it add a NEW TAX while only lowering the existing taxes. Instead of abolishing other taxes and implementing the new tax, he adds a new tax promising it will only stay at 9%. History has proven that these new taxes do not stay at the initial percentages used when selling the tax and quickly jump to 20%-30%. The income tax was initially only supposed to be 1-2% but now it is 20-30% (estimate). For you Christians out there, I don't know if you feel comfortable that 999 upside down is 666 - I had a couple people mention that this made them feel uncomfortable at the GOP Straw Poll in Florida.

Supported TARP:
Cain wrote an article supporting TARP. Here is the link to the article. Can we trust anyone who folds like a blade of grass giving billions and trillions of dollars to whomever wants it? I think not. Here is an article where he admits his support for TARP could be a problem. Here is a video where Cain was confronted about his support for TARP.

Herman Cain's Enron-Type Corruption Scandal:
Herman Cain often mentions how he is such a great businessman and that we should put a businessman in the White House. Would you put a corrupt businessman in the White House? Herman Cain was involved in illegal actions when on the Aquila Board of Directors defrauding millions of dollars in stock from the Aquila shareholders. This scandal was likened to an Enron-esque Disaster that has Herman Cain's management fingerprints all over it. Why would we trust a guy who oversaw such a corrupt and fraudulent operation? Admits His Own Plan Won't Work:
Here is a video where Herman Cain admits his plan won't work. Why then would we trust this guy to fix the problems we are in?

Previously Endorsed Moderate Mitt Romney:
Back in 2008, Herman Cain endorsed Mitt Romney. He has establishment written all over him. Since Cain's political record is so unclear, I don't think it is wise to vote for someone unknown who also endorsed Mitt Romney. If he endorsed a conservative or someone more credible than Romney, it wouldn't be as much of a red flag, but Romney is highly controversial in conservative circles. Cain clearly shows his true colors with this endorsement. Here is Herman Cain's own letter why he supported Mitt Romney.

Has No Plan for Afghanistan:
Given that we are in a war and our nation needs a better strategy or simply an all-out withdrawal from our current wars, Herman Cain admits he has no plan for Afghanistan. This was Cain's response to Chris Wallace when asked about his plan: "The right approach is: the day I'm elected president, I will start on that plan such that the day I was sworn in, I will be able to implement the plan." This is absolutely horrendous. A presidential candidate needs to have thought these things out before deciding to run for office. Here is the transcript.

Supports the Patriot Act:
The fourth amendment of the US Constitution clearly prohibits warrant-less searches and guarantees that Americans have the right to be secure in their persons and papers. Yet Herman Cain supports spying on American citizens without due process and supports the Patriot Act. We cannot trust a man who is not 100% loyal to the Constitution. Security and Peace Partnership - North American Union
Herman Cain represented Whirlpool at the anti-US North American Union-esque Security and Peace Partnership summit in Canada in 2007. This is a deal breaker for anyone who knows anything about the global plan for a New World Order and the integral role the North American Union plays for the elite. Herman Cain participated in this process by his attendance at this meeting that was blacked out by most major news outlets. Unbelievable connection here for anyone that is awake. This is a serious association.

Herman Cain the Lobbyist
In the 1990's, Herman Cain served as the CEO of the National Restaurant Association PAC - a lobbying firm whose job it was to lobby congress and politicians for political favors for the restaurant industry. This is the same principle as the banker bailouts, the auto bailouts, or any other favored company or industry that gets bailed out by the Federal Government. Herman Cain was a lobbyist. We do not need these types of people in the oval office. We need someone who will get rid of this corporatist favoritism culture.

Unprofessional Statements
Herman Cain is a gaffe machine who constantly makes statements that undermine his professionalism and credibility with the American people. In once instance he stated that 2/3rds of African Americans are brainwashed into not being conservatives. Another instance, he called Ron Paul a grumpy old man. He also said Ron Paul supporters' concerns were "stupid" over his past time at the Federal Reserve - a concern that Rasmussen says 75% American share (reference auditing the Fed). He also made religiously charged statements that Muslims must prove themselves to work for Herman Cain. Herman Cain is a gaffe machine that continuously makes statements that are unprofessional and unbecoming of the next commander in chief. Think about it, do you want this guy representing us in nuclear talks with Russia or China? Or discussing trade with China when he can't even communicate effectively with the American people?

Constitutional Ignorance
Herman Cain tells the audience that we need to reread the Constitution. Then proceeds to quote the Declaration of Independence. This my friends is a prime example of a fraud.

This is the first time in modern history of the internet where a cable news channel did not have an online poll and direct their audience to vote in it. The reason, I suspect, is because Ron Paul wins all of them by a landslide like the Fox News Debate.

MSNBC finally posts a poll, or we finally found one... Here is the link. Ron Paul is killing all of them, but the graph shows that Ron Paul is tied with Romney and Perry. Here is the poll is as of 10:59 pm:

Ron Paul is winning this poll with over 50.4% of the vote with 68,813 votes. Romney only has 17.1% of the vote with only 23,365 votes - which is less than half of Ron Paul. Yet the graph is pictorially inaccurate because it implies that Romney has 2/3's of Paul numbers.

Senator Jim Demint will host a GOP Primary debate tomorrow in South Carolina. Jim Demint is a conservative and one of only three members of the Tea Party Caucus in the Senate. Rand Paul, who is the son of Presidential candidate Ron Paul, is closely aligned with Jim Demint and a member of Jim Demint's Tea Party Caucus. Jim Demint has been very accepting of Rand Paul's bills (which often model his father's bills in the house) in the senate and has supported Rand often in his endeavors to reign in the Federal Government. Jim Demint is an avid "Audit the Fed" proponent - which is one of Ron Paul's main campaign principles.

It appears the Rick Perry will have some tough questions tomorrow. Perry is known for the fact that he attended the globalist Bilderberg conference in 2007, supported Hillarycare, was a former Democrat, and ran Al Gore's campaign back when Al Gore was heavily involved in the climate change movement.

Mitt Romney will probably get tough questions on his Romneycare support and implementation in Massachusetts as well as some of his prior liberal stances on traditional marriage, abortion, and mandates.

Ron Paul, Rick Perry, and Mitt Romney are the top tier candidates in this election. Hopefully we start to see some of the gloves come off tomorrow.

I am sitting here waiting all day to see the results of the Iowa Straw Poll. Then finally around 6:30 pm the GOP Chairman of Iowa gets up and announces the winner of the Iowa Straw Poll. He says something like "with over 16,000 votes cast, the winner of the Iowa Straw Poll is Michelle Bachmann." And then he leaves. No vote total. No runner up names. Nothing. As soon as it happened we knew that Ron Paul was 2nd. They didn't even want to announce the 2nd place. Michelle Bachmann only won by 200 votes. Here is the list of Straw Poll votes:

Fox News Ignores and Pulls Post Debate Poll That Ron Paul Wins

The Fox News commentator tells everyone who just got done watching the Republican Presidential debate in Iowa to go on FoxNews.com and vote. So then Hannity comes on and brings his hired propagandist Frank Luntz and then interviews several candidates except Ron Paul. I don't even remember Hannity showing a video clip of Ron Paul during the entire show.

The announcement of the poll results was supposed to be done during the hour long Hannity post-debate show. The entire show was a propaganda piece saying nice things about everyone but Ron Paul.

Well, it turns out Ron Paul won the FoxNews.com poll handily. He won it by several thousand votes. Here is a screenshot and a breakdown of the poll results shortly after 12 am ET (after Hannity's show concluded).

1st Place: Paul with 7,796 votes
2nd Place: Gingrich with 4,751 votes
3rd Place: Cain with 2,425 votes
4th Place: Romney (the supposed front-runner) with 1,870 votes
5th Place: Bachmann (the other so-called front-runner) with 1,818 votes
6th Place: Santorum with 835 votes
7th Place: Huntsman with 303 votes
Last Place: Pawlenty with 250 votes

Here is a state breakdown of the poll. Ron Paul takes almost every state in the union except Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Georgia, and Mississippi.

Shortly after Hannity's show, Fox News pulled the poll off their website:

It was somewhere in the yellow area before it was pulled down.

So what does this mean? This means that Ron Paul got over 7,000 votes in less than an hour from all 50 states from an audience that is mostly conservative that watched Fox News. It also shows that he almost doubled the 2nd place contender's votes. It also shows he won Iowa - the main purpose for the Iowa debate and an early primary state. It shows that Fox News is scared and that Frank Luntz is a liar. It shows that Ron Paul has a real good shot at winning this election.

Despite Privacy Concerns, Governor Scott Says He will Still sell Floridians' Driver's License Data to Global Corporations

It saddens us to report this. We were staunch supporters of Rick Scott last election. However, his recent support for selling drivers license data for $62 Million a year to foreign corporations causes us a great deal of concern.

Most people probably haven't renewed their drivers license yet. However, when you do here in Florida, you have to give up certain documents so that they can be scanned into a central database. This is due to the Federal Real ID laws - which are grossly unconstitutional. Here is a list of those documents we are now supposed to give up.

One of the following for primary identification:

Certified United States birth certificate, including territories and District of Columbia
Valid United States Passport or Passport Card
Consular Report of Birth Abroad
Certificate of Naturalization, Form N-550 or Form N-570
Certificate of Citizenship, Form N-560 or Form N-561

One of the following for proof of Social Security Number:

Social Security card (must be an original in your current full name)
W-2 form (not handwritten)
Pay check/stub

Two of the following for proof of Address:

Deed, mortgage, monthly mortgage statement, mortgage payment booklet or residential rental/lease agreement
Florida Voter Registration Card
Florida Vehicle Registration or Title

Another concern looming on the horizon is that the Florida Senate passed an amendment to include RFID tracking and Biometric Data embedded in our Drivers Licenses.

All of this information will be embedded in our Drivers License. Our documents, our facial features, our fingerprints, our real time locations (RFID), and our very important personal data.

Rick Scott was recently written a letter by the ACLU about the concerns over the sale of personal drivers license data to corporations. The letter can be read here. Rick Scott's official response was that it is legal for the two companies, LexisNexis and ShadowSoft, to purchase our data according to the Drivers License Protection Act. We find this highly inconsistent, considering Rick Scott heavily fought Obamacare even though it was written in Federal Law. His argument against Obamacare is that it is unconstitutional and therefore we don't have to follow it. Well, why isn't he fighting the collection and sale of our most intimate documents to foreign corporations? The 4th Amendment of the US Constitution states:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Let's dig a little deeper into one of the company's the governor's office mentions he just sold driver's license data to.

One of the companies mentioned was LexisNexis. From their website: "LexisNexis® serves law firms, corporations, academic institutions and governments in over 100 countries. Select a region or country to learn more". That's great. So anyone can buy our social security documents, our biometric data, our birth certificate data, and our proof of address. LexisNexis is not only a global corporation with very little US ownership, it is a subsidiary of another global corporation called Reed Elsevier.

Reed Elsevier is heavily involved in the United Nations programs to include the very infamous United Nations Agenda 21 also known as Sustainable Development. It is a program executed at the local, state, federal, and global level to synchronize all facets of society into a socially engineered sustainable control grid. There is hardly no part of society the UN Agenda 21 doesn't attempt to influence. Reed Elsevier supports Energy for Sustainable Development. Reed supports a book called "Quantifying Sustainable Development". Here is Reed Elsevier on the UN Global Compact website. Here Reed declares that it will use the "World Business Council for Sustainable Development Global Water Tool". Here is a "Regional Human Development Report" written by Reed in support of the United Nations Development Program. The list goes on and on. Reed is a United Nations global ally.

The point is, Rick Scott sold our personal data to this global corporation. Is that supposed to be okay with us? I think not. Please call the governors office and tell him you are disgusted by his lack of backbone to stand up for our liberties.

TSA Protest in Daytona Beach, Florida July 31st

Adrian Wyllie, the chairman of the Libertarian Party of Florida and Tea Party Activist, recently called upon all of the Tea Party, Libertarians, Campaign for Liberty, 9-12, Constitutional Conservatives and other similar groups to unite in a common cause. He is asking that people show up to the Sheriffs Association Meeting being held in Daytona Beach, Florida in order to remind the sheriffs of their sworn duty to uphold the US Constitution, Florida Constitution, and Florida Statutes. Florida is picking up the torch and we are going to make protecting our liberties a major issue this year and in the coming years. The TSA is a major threat to our God-given liberties. We would like to commend the Tenth Amendment Center for all they do to defend our liberties and our Constitution. On June 29th, Andrew Nappi, the Florida Tenth Amendment Center Director, gave a great talk on how the Tenth Amendment Center can be used as a legitimate vehicle to stop unconstitutional federal laws at the state level. It was very eye-opening. It is amazing how much legitimate power the states have. There has been a surge in Tenth Amendment legislation mainly due to the awareness the patriots at the Tenth Amendment Center have raised. Please watch these videos and spread the word about the Tenth Amendment.

Here are some measures that are being considered or have already passed in several states:
1. Travel Dignity Legislation (to stop the TSA molestation)
2. Firearms Freedom Legislation
3. Light Bulb Freedom Legislation (Texas has already done this)
4. Commerce Freedom Act (internal state free commerce)
5. Sheriff's First Legislation (make Federal Agents tell local sheriff before acting)
6. Healthcare Freedom Act (nullifies Obamacare - many states of passed this)
7. Constitutional Tender Act (Utah has passed a version of this)

Liberty Groups Fight TSA in Florida

The Libertarian Party of Florida (LPF) recently called for Florida's sheriffs to arrest TSA agents who violate the 4th Amendment of US Constitution, Article 1 Section 12 of the Florida Constitution, and Florida Statute 794.011 by groping and molesting Florida citizens. Now the LPF is firing another shot across the bow of the TSA today.

The LPF is now calling for a rally of over 100 tea party and liberty-minded groups to rally at the Florida Sheriff's Association meeting on July 31, 2011.

We at Wake Up 1776 wholeheartedly support this effort. If you are in Florida, and care about our liberties, please support this effort. We must stop the TSA at the airports or they will be in our malls and on our roads. If you can't make the rally on the 31st, please still do what you can to support this effort. We must stop the TSA at the airports. Florida is the battleground. This is the main issue we will be fighting for this year in Florida. When we win this one, we will move on to another issue.

Here are some things you can do to support this cause:

1. Fining TSA Agents up to $10,000 plus emotional damages for molestation, groping, and humiliation
2. Arresting TSA Agents and putting them in jail
3. Providing protections for all whistleblowers
4. Providing protections for travel
5. Providing protections for the right to video tape TSA Agents in order to have evidence
6. Providing protections from naked body scanners for passengers
7. Providing damages for saving any naked body scanner images
8. Providing damages for any naked body scanner images that are leaked
9. Outlawing TSA from leaving their jurisdiction of the airports
10. Creating a requirement that all TSA agents must be cleared by the Florida Attorney General and a criminal and sexual background check must be performed before they can set foot in a Florida airport
11. Establishing a TSA abuse hotline and a State Trooper TSA response unit
12. Putting one State Trooper in all major Florida Airports to supervise TSA actions
13. Providing state Attorney General protections for all Florida citizens who are molested by the TSA

Ron Paul Raises the Most Money

Ron Paul is a money-raising powerhouse. Every single money bomb he does he raises at least $1 Million. During the 2008 campaign, he raised a lot of money in a short amount of time. Back in December of 2007, he raised Nearly $6 Million in 24 hours. Back in November of 2007, he raised $4.3 Million in 24 hours.

Fast forward to 2011. We are still very early in the presidential election cycle and there are still candidates who haven't decided if they are going to jump in the race or not. Even with the early numbers and still wavering interest in the political campaign nationally, Ron Paul continues to rake in millions of dollars - mostly from grass-roots support. One indicator in comparison to other candidates is that he raised the most money in the 1st Quarter of 2011 by raising $3 Million. Also, during the South Carolina GOP Debate in May of 2011 he raised $1 Million. Then, Ron Paul targeted Mitt Romney and "Romneycare" and raked in another $1.1 Million.

While some people may disagree and say that money is not everything, money is surely a great indicator of the grass-roots support for a candidate and also it enables the candidate to do so much more by giving them flexibility and options to gain large and small tactical victories. Because of the large campaign war chest, Ron Paul was able to secure the best piece real estate during the Iowa Ames Real Estate Auction recently thus enabling him to be in a better strategic position during the very important Iowa Straw Poll that will be held later this year. Ron Paul spent $31,000 securing the top spot. A cynic would say the straw poll doesn't mean anything. It was this straw poll that catapulted Mike Huckabee to contender status in 2008. It could feasibly do the same for Ron Paul - however Ron Paul could take first place because Huckabee isn't running and Romney is sitting out of Iowa focusing more on New Hampshire.

As the campaigns continue to raise money, it is safe to say Ron Paul will continue to bring in the money from his enthusiastic supporters. A comparison to 2007 shows that Ron Paul is beating his old campaign fund-raising numbers. For example, in the 1st Quarter of 2007, Ron Paul raised roughly $64,000. However, in the 1st Quarter of 2011, he raised nearly $3 million - blowing the past election trend out of the water. In the 2nd Quarter of 2007 Ron Paul raised about $2.4 Million. We don't have the exact amount, but records indicate he has raised about $5.7 million based off of his Debate Day money bomb ($1 Million), his Romneycare money bomb ($1.1 Million), and his end of quarter push that is today at $3.6 Million. A woman has filed a complaint with federal authorities over how her elderly mother was treated at Northwest Florida Regional Airport last weekend.

Jean Weber of Destin filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security after her 95-year-old mother was detained and extensively searched last Saturday while trying to board a plane to fly to Michigan to be with family members during the final stages of her battle with leukemia.

Her mother, who was in a wheelchair, was asked to remove an adult diaper in order to complete a pat-down search.

JASPER, FLORIDA – Robert “Bob” Burton is a deadhead logger in the Florida panhandle. In the course of his business, he stumbled upon some illegal activities carried out by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), including state employees dumping toxic waste in Florida water reclamation areas.

On Friday, Hamilton County sheriff’s deputies and Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) agents, dressed in tactical gear and armed with assault rifles, served him with a search warrant. Agents seized his computer, cell phone, and video camera. However, Burton has not been charged with any crime.

He also reported that the DEP had seized a logger’s entire season harvest, even though the logger had the proper permits, and was violating no laws. A judge later ruled that the logger in question had legally harvested the logs, valued at over $300,000, but the DEP has refused to return the logs. He contends that public records regarding this case were intentionally destroyed.

On the international front, the European Commission gave a nod toward implementing the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA), a draconian measure that will subvert national sovereignty, trash Net Neutrality, consumer privacy, and civil liberties. In the United States, the corporate media has virtually ignored ACTA, but then key players in the Mockingbird media are often Bilderberg attendees and privy to aspects of the agenda.

US Hits Debt Ceiling

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Sunday that he strongly supports a federal mandate requiring citizens to buy health insurance – a position that has been rejected by many Republicans, including several who likely will be running against him for the Republican presidential nomination.

Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Gingrich told host David Gregory that he continues to advocate for a plan he first called for in the early 1990s as a Congressman, which requires every uninsured citizen to purchase or acquire health insurance.

Gregory played a clip of Gingrich speaking during an appearance on Meet the Press in October 1993:

“I am for people, individuals -- exactly like automobile insurance -- individuals having health insurance and being required to have health insurance. And I am prepared to vote for a voucher system which will give individuals, on a sliding scale, a government subsidy so we insure that everyone as individuals have health insurance.”

Gregory asked Gingrich if he would criticize GOP presidential rival Mitt Romney, whose "Romneycare" health program enacted during his time as Governor in Massachusetts mandated that all uninsured purchase health insurance.

Gingrich replied he would not make it an issue in the campaign and said he agreed with key aspects of Romneycare.

"I agree that all of us have a responsibility to pay--help pay for health care," Gingrich said, adding, "I've said consistently we ought to have some requirement that you either have health insurance or you post a bond ..."

Gingrich also admitted that his proposal is a "variation" of the individual mandate, a key component of the Obamacare legislation President Obama signed into law in 2010.

The position staked out by Gingrich appears to be at odds with leading conservative critics of Obamacare, who argue that the law requiring citizens to purchase a private insurance policy is not constitutional.

The Obama administration is currently facing three lawsuits arguing that the federal mandate is unconstitutional, including one filed by a coalition of 26 states.

The issue is on track for a Supreme Court decision in the summer of 2012, which would make it a likely hot-button topic heading into the elections.

Conservative GOP critics like Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli say the mandate is unconstitutional because although Congress can regulate commerce, it can’t require people to engage in a particular “economic activity” just because they live in the U.S.

Conservative judicial experts have also taken exception to the claim made by Gingrich and supporters of the Obamacare law that mandating health insurance is the same as the government requirement to purchase car insurance, noting that driving a car is a privilege provided by states and not a constitutional right.

Cucinelli says that "buying auto insurance is voluntary, since you are only required to purchase it if you choose to drive on public roads. But buying health insurance under the new federal law is not voluntary, as you are required to buy it just by virtue of the fact that you are breathing. The federal government has never before in history exercised its regulatory power to require someone to buy a product or service as a condition of residence in the United States."

Gingrich, though, seemed to disagree with that notion on Sunday, though he was quick to point out the differences between his plan and the federal health law.

“In, in the first place, Obama basically is trying to replace the entire insurance system, creating state exchanges, building a Washington-based model, creating a federal system,” Gingrich told NBC’s David Gregory. “I believe all of us--and this is going to be a big debate--I believe all of us have a responsibility to help pay for healthcare …"

Romney has not come under fire for not disowning his health care plan, which has caused private health care insurance rates to skyrocket as patient services have declined in Massachusetts.

Gingrich's position quickly came under fire from several conservative blogs on Sunday.

“He tried to distinguish his mandate from the Obama mandate, but with little success,” the American Federalist Journal wrote on Sunday.

“Sandbagging your fellow Republicans in Congress and offering tacit support for a key (unconstitutional) component of Obamacare is a very strange way to begin a run in a Republican primary. Not a strong start.”

The Wall Street Journal called Gingrich’s description of an ideal healthcare plan with mandates a “pretty good description of what the Democratic Congress passed into law last year."

The Journal continued: "Beginning in 2014, most Americans who don't have insurance will be required to pay a fee, with many, depending on income, getting subsidies to help buy coverage through state-based exchanges.”

The conservative website Red State said Gingrich “won’t exactly endear him to the Tea Party crowd or the reform minded movement sweeping the GOP.”

"Most Respected, Least Expected" was the caption on a recent YouTube video discussing the 2012 presidential prospects of U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Surfside — and that might be true.

Paul has been writing the right prescription for U.S. policy, both foreign and domestic, for nearly 40 years. But we’ve failed to take his advice, so today we find ourselves in the midst of exactly what he has been warning us about for decades: a prolonged recession with rising gas and food prices, unsustainable national debt and an unstable monetary system causing unrest and uncertainty in many of the world’s economies. He has been consistent in his admonition to Congress that failure to rein in debt and spending and adhere to strictly limited constitutional authority would drive the country into bankruptcy. He’s had the wisdom to see the unintended consequences of flawed policy, and while the media has written him off as a fringe figure, we are now living with the consequences he predicted. Once jester, now prophet.

His un-Republican positions on foreign policy, drug legalization and returning the U.S. dollar to the gold standard have been anathema to the GOP rank and file, but the Tea Party has proven that Americans are as fed up with the Republicans as they are with Democrats; both parties were complicit in getting us where we are today. Many have noted that the Republican base has moved markedly to the right since the last presidential election and have seen the rise of activists far more receptive to Paul's gospel of limited government, individual freedom and an uninhibited free market.

Paul is a mascot for the growing libertarian discontent that sparked the Tea Parties and is inspiring new generations of young voters and fiscal conservatives across the country. Don’t forget that he and his supporters pushed Congress to pass an "audit the Fed" bill, a feat that was long rumored to not be viable. But many things unthinkable have become reality in this world. A successful, effective, cult-like following and ample funds supplied mainly through grassroots “money bombs” have all served to lend credibility to the good doctor and his various efforts.

But do wisdom and respectability and an enthusiastic following matter in today’s political climate? In a world where public opinion is largely driven by sound bites in the mainstream media, can a Ron Paul presidential candidacy make headway? That depends largely on what the Tea Party does and what young people do. A recent Esquire article noted: “Philosophical and systematic and pure in a way that young people may be best qualified to understand, he lays bare the contradictions. That is the reason his ideas have spread like hidden veins throughout our culture, the reason he has become such a stunning challenge to the existing order. He means the words that everyone else just uses. He's flinty as a Founder and solid as the gold standard — not just the messenger but also the message.”

While television and conservative talk radio continue to marginalize a Paul candidacy, unrest and anxiety over the nation’s economic woes fester, and a passionate and energized base of young people supporting him grows. The declaration of A.W. Tozer aptly fits the masses behind the movement: “We are not diplomats but prophets, and our message is not a compromise but an ultimatum.”

Tozer, of course, was talking about Christians heralding their savior, but maybe this movement isn’t all that different. Paul and his message have remained the same, but the country is quite different from when he started his political career, and many are becoming more open to the truth he has heralded for decades. Let’s hope the rest of the nation gets to this same place of passionate support before we find ourselves standing in long lines at the soup kitchen.

Bin Laden Has Been Dead for Years

We have compiled a partial list of several problems with the official story of Osama Bin Laden's recent death. There are several other theories and observations that can be made, but we feel the below is a great start to expose this fraud that is being sold to the American people and the world. Osama Bin Laden has been dead for years.

No Body
There is no body that anyone can examine. Apparently the USS Carl Vinson dumped the body into the Indian Ocean. They had enough time to clean it up and give it a proper Muslim burial.

Here is why this probably isn't accurate. The military is saying that Osama Bin Laden's body, in less than 24 hours, was able to be ex-filtrated out of Abbottabad, Pakistan to a location in Afghanistan which logically would probably be Jalalabad, the closest location. Jalalabad is about 500 miles from Abbottabad. A jet transport craft could probably fly 500 miles in one hour. However, the Seals were flying helicopters, which would probably go 500 miles in about 1.5-2 hours. Then we have to load Bin Laden's body on an airplane and get it to rendezvous with the USS Carl Vinson in the Arabian Sea at closest, or in the Indian Ocean at farthest. But let's say the Arabian Sea. The Arabian Sea is about 1,500 miles from Jalalabad. This is a minimum 3 hours flight, not counting the time to load the body. So already we are at about 5 hours if we are moving very fast. Once the body arrives, they have to prepare it for a Muslim burial. If done in lightning speed, it probably took them 2 hours. This is now moving to 7 hours. And do we honestly think the Navy Seals are going to turn the body over to regular Navy crew members? This is such a highly classified operation, yet we hear that the crew of the USS Carl Vinson was involved in the ceremony.

There was also supposed to be a video of Osama Bin Laden's bureal released. Where is that? Why haven't they released it?

Faked Photo
There was a faked Bin Laden death photo that was released by the media. It was so convincing, many lawmakers like Scott Brown, Saxby Chambliss, and Kelly Ayotte were all fooled by this photo. Could this have been the photo that the CIA wanted to release, but when leaked to the media and exposed as a sham they backed off and stated that they would not release the photo because they don't have one? Purely speculation, but I definitely wouldn't put it past the White House or the CIA. Here is the photo in all its versions:

Obama Watched Raid - Yet there Was a Commo Black Out:
We all know the famous photo by now of Obama in the situation room watching the raid on Osama Bin Laden's residence.

During this photo, we are supposed to believe that Obama watched the entire thing unfold. However, we know that the raid only took 40 minutes, as reported by the Guardian. But then Leon Panetta admits that there was a black out of 25 minutes during the raid. So what the heck were they watching and how are they so sure who they killed?

DNA Testing Confusion and Impossibility:

First of all, according to multiple sources, a genetic test takes several weeks to be complete. However, in rare cases, a genetic test can take 12 hours if rushed. In the Osama Bin Laden case, the White House and media claimed immediately after the killing that the genetic testing was already complete. Not only that, but there would have to be time for the DNA sample to be flown back to the lab and tested. The White House is stating that Osama Bin Laden dumped him in the ocean within 10-14 hours after he was killed. That is hardly enough time to finalize a DNA test. Even Yahoo News is showing information that makes it nearly impossible for a DNA test to be conducted. Another point is that there are no known relatives for Osama Bin Laden from which we can take DNA with one exception: His half-sister who passed away several years ago. That still would not lead to a 99.9% match as the media and Obama team have indicated.

Bin Laden's Wife Misidentified:

It was reported that Osama Bin Laden's wife was killed in the raid and that she was used as a human shield. Then it was reported that the woman was not his wife and that she was not used as a human shield. If they can't get this story straight, why are we to believe any of their facts? Also, if they misidentified the wife, how do we know they didn't misidentify Bin Laden also?

We Think We Found Bin Laden:

The Navy Seals were told, "We think we found Osama bin Laden, and your job is to kill him". This doesn't sound very convincing. They "think" they found Bin Laden. Just one of many unconvincing pieces of the puzzle. Another question, they were so concerned about actionable intelligence, why didn't they want to take Bin Laden alive? If they took him alive they could get even more intelligence from him. But their goal was to kill him from the start. Something isn't right about that.

Official Said in 2002 that Bin Laden Was on Ice and Already Dead:

Madeline Albright said in 2003 that GW Bush had Bin Laden already dead and on ice and that they were considering rolling him out prior to the 2004 election. She was dead serious. Bush obviously thought he was already dead:

Staged Vigils:
Those vigils the day after Bin Laden was caught were somewhat staged. For example, the one outside the White House had American Flags all the same size and candles all ready to be rolled out for the crowd. At West Point, it was a different story. plebes (freshmen) were running around like lunatics with chem-glow lights in central area. At West Point, this is standard for any football win or major news event. It is called a rally. Back to the staged vigil at the White House. We know that the bankers buy mercenaries to support their operations at the G20, G8, and WTO summits. They usually roll out fake anarchists and the police are told to leave the anarchist alone. Then the anarchists make a scene and act up in order to allow the police to crack down on the peaceful protesters. This is standard operating procedure for these banker thugs. Here is a video exposing this and should help you better understand the faked Bin Laden vigils.

Emotion:

The media is playing emotion. They are showing clips of West Point plebes running around with chem lights and journalists like Geraldo are jumping up and down for joy. Then they show candlelight vigils outside the White House and Time Square where everyone has the same size American flags and candles that are handed out almost in propaganda fashion. They use emotion to get people to not think rationally and it is highly effective using emotion to sell a lie. Here is Geraldo's quote: "Bin Laden is dead. Multiple sources. Osama Bin Laden is dead. Happy days! Happy days everybody! This is the greatest night of my career! The bum is dead! The savage who hurt us so grievously and I am so blessed, I am so privileged to be at this desk at this moment!"

Dialysis Machine:

Time Magazine reported back in 2001 that Osama Bin Laden ordered a dialysis machine to be shipped to Kandahar and that he was having kidney problems. Wouldn't this mean that there should have been evidence of kidney disease or a dialysis machine at the raid that supposedly killed Bin Laden?

Fox News Report that Bin Laden Died of Disease in 2001:

Fox News reported that Bin Laden died in 2001 of lung disease. It even states 30 friends, family, close associates, and body guards attended the funeral rites for him.

CIA Admits to Faking Bin Laden Tapes:
Most students of Osama Bin Laden are well aware that the CIA has admitted to faking Bin Laden tapes in times past. People speculate this is done in order to propagate the War on Terror with a boogeyman. Even if they didn't admit it, all one has to do is compare these horrible copies and fakes that have appeared in FBI and CIA propaganda videos or pictures over the years:

Multiple Photos, Evidence, and Witnesses like when Saddam Hussein was killed missing.

Despite the actually military operation that caught Saddam Hussein having multiple witnesses, we all got to see Saddam hang from multiple angles from multiple sources on live TV and several photos were published. There really isn't much to show about Osama Bin Laden. Maybe more photos and videos will surface, but right now the availability of information causes one to question.

There were also several videos and pictures of when Saddam was captured that made it immediately clear he was confirmed captured.

Timing:

Osama Bin Laden's "death" made the news with impeccable timing. It was able to cut off Donald Trump's Apprentice, eclipse the forged Obama Birth Certificate Issue, and possibly boost Obama's plummeting poll numbers prior to the 2012 election all in the same night. Time will tell whether it has the desired effect. A couple of other timing considerations are:

1. CIA runs this operation right when General David Petraeus will take over the CIA's top post. What the implications are here one can only wonder.

2. Adolf Hitler was announced dead on May 1st.

3. The date is very similar to 9/11/2001. It is 5/1/2011. Not that it is perfect, but there is a 1 and an 11 in both dates and helps to link the two dates psychologically.

Obama’s Birth Certificate is a Fraud - Just like the Man

The immediate online consensus is that the birth certificate recently released by Obama is a fraud. Please see here, here, here, here, and here. There are countless reasons, but the most compelling are that one can load the document into Adobe Illustrator and can see the different layers that have been pasted on the document, the fact that the birth certificate number is higher than people who were born after Obama, and the fact that there is no embossed seal on the document. There are countless other reasons mentioned, but in an effort to move on to the rest of this article, I will assert this recently released birth certificate is a fraud for the above mentioned reasons.

Moving on… There are several additional non-forensic angles one can take this Obama birth certificate and identity situation.

First, we have the fact that Obama went to school in Indonesia. It is a well proven fact that one has to take on Indonesian citizenship and renounce any other citizenship in order to become a student in Indonesia. There are absolutely no records of Obama re-naturalizing his citizenship. And even if he had, this would still disqualify him from being natural born because he would end up being a naturalized citizen and fall short of the qualifications in Article 2 Section 1.

Second, Obama still has a fraudulent social security number that is assigned to people in Connecticut. What was his social security number before he had one assigned in Connecticut? Whose social security number did he take? When did he live in Connecticut? All of these are good questions that remain unanswered. He has a Connecticut Social, yet never lived in the state – so the records show.

Then we have the case of LTC Terry Lakin who is now in jail because he refused to go to war until Obama showed his birth certificate proving his natural born citizenship status. If Obama had his birth certificate, why in the world did he not release it so one of his military officers didn’t have to go to jail? The two logical conclusions are that Obama didn’t have one or Obama had one and doesn’t care about the men under his command. Either one is unacceptable.

Then we have the millions of dollars Obama spent on efforts to conceal his birth certificate. If he had it all along, why would he defend releasing it in court?

Next we have Governor Abercrombie, the governor of Hawaii. He made a significant media blitz several months ago stating that he was going to find Obama’s birth certificate and release it so that he could put an end to all of the birther accusations. He is even on record stating that his quest against the birthers is “a personal one”. However, he never found the birth certificate. Even worse, Hollywood reporter Mike Adams is on record as having talked to Governor Abercrombie and stated on various radio shows “There is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii. Absolutely no proof that he was born in Hawaii” (which he later denied). Abercrombie didn’t know Obama before 5-6 years old. Now all of a sudden there is a birth certificate within days after Obama requested it and Neil Abercrombie makes a statement affirming the release of the document he once stated was nonexistent. If anyone is suspicious – other that Obama of course – it would be Neil Abercrombie. Could he be the one behind this recent “miraculous” release?

Next we have Obama and all of the other establishment stooges that state that the “Certificate of Live Birth” receipt that Obama released during his campaign was the “Birth Certificate”. So the birthers were right all along in stating that the original document posting by Obama was not the “Birth Certificate”? Logically, if Obama was lying about that, then we have every reason to believe he is lying about the newly released certificate.

Moving on to Donald Trump. I find some faulty logic in the way that Faux News is covering this story. Bill O’Reilly states, “The entire birth certificate controversy actually helped the president because it marginalized folks who promoted it.” Yet in the same segment, O’Reilly hails Donald Trump as a hero for getting Obama to release it. Shouldn’t logic mean that it also marginalizes Donald Trump who was a birther? Or, if anything, both the birthers and Donald Trump should be hailed as heroes for getting Obama to release his records? Why do they elevate and promote Donald yet squash the birthers as a group. There is something fishy about Donald and it seems he is being set up to co-opt the Tea Party movement. Notice also how Donald has a segment every Monday on Fox and Friends. Kind of reminds one of propaganda.

Next we have Obama, who said he had his birth certificate in on page 26 of his book, “Dreams of My Father.” In that book, he states “I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school.” So if Obama had his birth certificate, why did he have to write a letter to the State of Hawaii to have it released? Why didn’t he just release the one that he had? ***The answers to these questions can go down 1,000 rat holes.

Then finally we have the name Barry Soetoro. Obama’s schoolboy name was (and still is) Barry Soetoro. He would have to amend his birth certificate to properly reflect this name. Governor Abercrombie often called Obama “Barry” as well. Additionally, the name on the ballot would then be a fraud (Barrack Hussein Obama II). The fact that he is president would mean we elected an alias of a person’s name instead of the legal name of the person. The entire thing stinks.

There is a lot of media buzz, party establishment kudos, and corporate support for Senator Marco Rubio. It is obvious that many people have thoughts that Rubio should one day seek a higher office. This article is written in order to set the record straight about Marco Rubio. The record shows he is cavalier, ignorant of the Constitution, and corrupt. Below are the top ten reasons why Marco Rubio is bad for the country.

1. Lack of Understanding or Loyalty to the US Constitution:

10^th Amendment: Marco never publically portrays support for the 10^th Amendment, which states that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Marco Rubio was asked several times by the founders of the 10^th Amendment Center as well as several constituents to sign the 10^th Amendment pledge on the 10^th Amendment Center website. Marco, from all indications, is a Federalist – someone who believes the Federal Government is the master of the states instead of the states being the master of the Federal Government (which is what the Founders intended). Rubio has not supported or indicated support for the 10^th Amendment or any 10^th Amendment legislation when in the Florida House.
17^th Amendment: When Rubio was questioned locally in Florida about the 17^th Amendment and his thoughts on it, he didn’t even know what it was. He shook his head as if asking the questioner to clarify the meaning the Amendment. The 17^th Amendment is the very Amendment that governs how Rubio would be elected to the office of US Senator. This is another indicator of his negligence and lack of understanding of the US Constitution.
Patriot Act: Rubio voted to renew the anti-Constitutional Patriot Act. As a lawyer, he has no excuse to overstep the bounds of the Constitution this way and to virtually abolish the 4^th Amendment.

2. Tea Party and Loyalty: Took money from Jim Demint’s PAC (The Senate Conservatives Fund) and pretended to be a member of the Tea Party during the election yet refused to join Tea Party Caucus when in Senate. He is trying to have his cake and eat it too. He used some tough immigration rhetoric to gain a lot of Tea Party support, only to sit on the sidelines on the issue once finally elected.

3. Affiliations: He has affiliations with the big government neocon faction of the Republican party that also includes people like Karl Rove, Bill Krystol, and the Bushes. The main problem and red flag is Karl Rove. Karl Rove has been wrong on every issue. He supported Dede Scozzafava in NY23 instead of the conservative candidate. He was against the Arizona immigration law until he got flak from conservatives then quickly changed his tune. Karl Rove was the mastermind of the Bush Administration and the inventor of “compassionate conservatism” which is a catchy phrase for socialism. Rubio, with all his neocon big government affiliations, will probably govern exactly like the people with which he surrounds himself.

4. Wasteful and Unethical Spending: During the 2 years Rubio had a GOP credit card, he billed the GOP for more than $100,000 during that time. Charges included repairs to his personally owned minivan, grocery bills, plane tickets for his wife, wine purchases near his home, and Apple’s online store. Rubio also charged the party for dozens of meals even though he was in Tallahassee on official business and received government subsidies for those meals already. Rubio double billed the party for several plane flights from his home to Tallahassee. When he got caught amid IRS, state, and media investigations, he tried to back track and make it right. Even Rubio’s Chief of Staff spent $60K in 2 months’ time on many things to include handcrafted chairs, $1,600 at a frame shop, and $6,773 for the Rubio family reunion. This just shows what a spineless corrupt person he is. He only does what’s right when people are looking.

5. Lack of Financial Management: Given that our nation is in the worst debt and financial crisis in the history of the world, we would expect our politicians’ to have their own financial houses in order. That way, when the speak about the nation’s finances, they have some semblance of credibility. It is not worth mentioning the abysmal credit card and tax accounting discussed above again. Add to that the fact that Rubio entered into foreclosure on his house. How can we expect someone who makes $300K and entered foreclosure on his house to have the ability to understand and solve our mortgage crisis? Not only that, but how can we believe anything he says when he won’t even honor his own financial commitments with the bank? I understand if a poor person is foreclosing because they don’t have the means, but Rubio entered foreclosure and he did have the means.

6. Overwhelming Media Support: The typical characters overwhelmingly support Rubio and his media support has been almost eerie – much like Obama’s. This alone is a huge red flag. The person the media ignores, demonizes, or smears is usually the person we want in office. Also, it shows that Rubio doesn’t ruffle any feathers – we don’t need politicians like this. We need leaders who can go to Washington and really rock the boat. A person loved by the media and Washington elite is usually an enemy of our Republic.

7. Corruption: Rubio directed $250 million in pork to his home county when he was Speaker of the FL House. He did this all the while he campaigned on fiscal conservatism and against earmarks. Rubio also sent $21 Million for Florida International University – his former employer. The FIU president Mitch Maidique said Rubio “was worth every penny.” He also sent $20 Million to Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2008 that later gave Rubio’s newly formed consulting firm an $8K monthly contract. Rubio is a big port-barrel “you scratch my back, I scratch your back” politician. Whose back is he now scratching in the US Senate? Makes one wonder.

8. Reckless and Ungrounded Foreign Policy: Rubio is a neocon when it comes to foreign policy. He supports the US getting involved in Libya. He wants Qaddafi thrown out and wants the US to nation build by putting in another regime. In other words, Rubio wants a puppet dictator that we pay off so he can enslave his own people just like the other African and Middle Eastern dictators have done with US “aid”. Additionally, Rubio clearly doesn’t understand that when we overthrow dictators without Just Cause under the Just War Theory that the US used to abide by, we encourage radical factions within nations to take over. For example, the rebels in Libya that Rubio is calling to overthrow Qaddafi are Al Qaeda based and also rooted in Radical Islam. How can we support Al Qaeda in the middle of a War on Terror when Al Qaeda is the main listed enemy??? Aren’t our troops dying in Iraq and Afghanistan to fight Al Qaeda? Rubio is treating our nation’s military just like he treated his GOP credit card when in Florida. He has no clue and he has no foreign policy morals or understanding. There are more examples, but Libya is a prime example.

9. Topics he Won’t Cover: As you know there are several issues facing our nation. The main one is the enslavement of the people by the debt-based private organization called the Federal Reserve System. Its shareholders are other corporate banks and corporations to which it shows significant favoritism in the manner of bailouts and free loans. The Federal Reserve gives out US dollars to foreign banks at its leisure. It prints trillions of dollars without congressional oversight. Rubio won’t take on the Federal Reserve at all. He never mentions it. Either he doesn’t understand it or he serves it. The latter is more likely. Also, Rubio does not call for abolishing or defunding the United Nations. Any American politician who votes yes to fund the United Nations is pretty much a traitor to our nation. Also, Rubio does not acknowledge state sovereignty ever. As mentioned above, he stays away from the 10^th Amendment. There are so many serious and important issues that Rubio should be discussing and addressing and he doesn’t. He won’t touch them. That alone is a reason for us to not allow him to represent us.

10. Too Polished: He is too refined. His speeches are always the same. He is too prepared. He is too much of an acting orator. His speeches say nothing, yet sound conservative. He is too dodgy when asked questions. He doesn’t stand for anything concrete.

Rich Nugent Defends Socialized Medicine

Sheriff Nugent recently wrote an article on his facebook stating that he will defend Medicare and stated that Jason Sager believes Medicare is unconstitutional (which it is!) and implies that Sager will dismantle it. Below is the text of Nugent's blog.

Today is the 45th Anniversary of Medicare. Medicare was a landmark achievement that was dramatically improved on with the addition of Part D and Medicare Advantage. For the first time in Medicare, Seniors have real choice in both coverage and provider options. However, Medicare is under siege. My opponent says Medicare is unconstitutional. The Administration has cut Medicare programs to pay for the massive government expansion we know as Obamacare. As your Representative, I will fight to protect Medicare from those who would dismantle it and make Medicare stronger for those already on it.

There are several serious problems with Rich Nugent's stance on Medicare that immediately jumped out at me.

1. Deceptive tactics. He is being deceptive and flat out misrepresents Jason Sager's position. Nugent implies that Jason Sager is going to totally dismantle Medicare for all who are currently using it. This is not the case at all. Jason Sager stated emphatically at the Pasco County debate that he is in favor of Representative Paul Ryan's Roadmap for America's Future which provides a good solution to fix Medicare. That plan is one of the best ones out there for dealing with the current insolvency of Medicare while at the same time providing funding for people that will need Medical coverage. Ryan's plan (with which Sager agrees) will give seniors 55 and older Medicare as it currently is. It will give people under the age of 55 an option to either go into the government system or to choose a $2,300 refundable tax credit ($5,700 for families) that may only be used to pay for health plans. There are multiple reasons why this is good, to include eventually getting Medicare to be in line with the Constitution, allowing for free market principles to work, and making the budget more solvent. Rich Nugent should explain this about his opponent's position a little more clearly instead of being deceptive.

2. Clueless. Nugent's stance on Medicare shows that he doesn't understand the gravity of the situation. What is his plan for dealing with the $38 Trillion in unfunded liabilities that Medicare currently has? He has blinders on and is not willing to address the tough challenges that lie ahead. These challenges will include drastic economic reforms, drastic budget cuts, and mass government lay offs. If Nugent doesn't want to do something about the current Medicare problem, then what is his plan? His lack of a plan gives the impression that Nugent is both irresponsible and reckless.

3. Disagrees With Reagan and Goldwater's Stances on Medicare. Rich Nugent is sounding more and more like a Democrat and less and less like great Republicans like Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater.

Here is what Reagan said in 1961: “[I]f you don't [stop Medicare] and I don't do it, one of these days you and I are going to spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it once was like in America when men were free.”

Here is what Goldwater said in 1964: “Having given our pensioners their medical care in kind, why not food baskets, why not public housing accommodations, why not vacation resorts, why not a ration of cigarettes for those who smoke and of beer for those who drink.” Rich Nugent is defending socialized medicine!

4. Agrees with LBJ. Medicare was instituted by arguably one of the worst Presidents this century, Lyndon B. Johnson. Johnson was also one of the most socialist presidents since FDR. Rich Nugent agrees more with Johnson and disagrees with Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater, which further shows how he plans to vote and how he doesn't plan to stand up for conservative constitutional principles.

5. Shows hypocrisy. How can we trust Rich Nugent to do away with Obamacare while at the same time he is defending another socialist program - Medicare. This one is an obvious observation and brings about a logical conclusion: how can a socialist do away with socialist programs? He wants to do away with Obamacare, but we can't possibly trust him to champion that cause when he is defending a very similar program - Medicare.

6. Using progressive and liberal tactics. Liberals and progressives always try to scare seniors with doomsday scenarios while they pretend to be the ones handing out the government cash for the latest coveted government program. It is a typical attack against Republicans. For Nugent to do this just shows that he is really more left of the spectrum than he is right.

Folks, if you are a conservative, please don't vote for Nugent. Vote Jason Sager and make a difference in Washington. Restore our nation and our government back to respecting the Constitution.

On weapons ban, Nugent’s unsupportable timeline

Tom Jackson over at the Tampa Tribune did some great investigative research about Rich Nugent's Gun Ban answer the other day. Friends, let me state this bluntly: Rich Nugent is a lying, squirming, self-aggrandizing politician. He will lie about anything. He has been caught several times displaying no integrity. Don't we care about a candidates' integrity anymore? We cannot afford to believe these congress critters at face value anymore. It is imperative that we hold them to a higher standard of integrity.

In the summer of 2004, the 10-year “assault weapons” ban passed during the Clinton administration was only months from expiration. Gun control activists, frantic to gain an extension, recruited law enforcement officials to sign petitions indicating their support for the ban. Hernando County Sheriff Richard Nugent, lately a Republican seeking Florida’s District 5 seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, was among the signatories.

Asked during Wednesday night’s debate at the Groves Golf and Country Club about his endorsement of the ban then, and what he thinks now, Nugent explained that he is now pretty much a Second Amendment purist. But understand, he said, the petition came to him “in the emotional aftermath” of Hank Earl Carr’s murderous rampage, which began in Tampa and reached its bloody conclusion in a convenience store just off Interstate 75 in Hernando County. Two Tampa cops and a Florida Highway Patrolman were among his victims.

Rich Nugent Supports Weapons Ban!

Rich Nugent is asked why he supported a gun ban earlier in his career. Instead of disavowing his past beliefs, he begins to defend his action by stating that it was an "emotional issue". Folks, this is how liberals pass everything - they push things on us using emotional issues and knee-jerk reactions. Rich Nugent is either a liberal himself, or someone susceptible to the liberal agenda. We don't need someone who compromises on the US Constitution and 2nd Amendment Rights in congress. We need someone who will stand by the Constitution no matter what. And that person is Jason Sager. Just compare the passion and loyalty to the US Constitution by listening to these two responses.
